徐振華：用正當手段經營
Gapture Malaysia 總裁徐振華表示，他常抱怨國家的貪污現象，雖然這種方式容易成功，但他要自己的公司是一間能夠成功面對挑戰的公司，而不是一間善於貪污的公司，因此他不用不正當的手段來經營生意。
他說，許多人認為在成立了自己的公司之後，自己就會有更多的私人時間，但在他開始創業初期，幾乎沒有放假。在7年之後他才能夠準時上下班和請假。
